The main level, on the ground floor of the house, is composed of a lounge with a traditional Puglia fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, etc.) and SMEG appliances (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.). Furthermore there are 4 bedrooms with double bed with en-suite bathroom equipped with typical covering and Italian shower. Downstairs there is a pantry with a second refrigerator, a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, an additional guest bathroom.

OUTSIDE

The property is surrounded by vegetable gardens; on the grounds of the structure there are around forty olive groves and green plants and multicolored flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub. The villa has a large terrace overlooking the sea, as well as a solarium, entirely covered with typical Soleto stones, and a large infinity pool (heated in winter) with mosaic (length 9.5 m, width 3.9 m and depth 1.6 m), an outdoor shower with cold and hot water and a terrace with deckchairs and umbrellas, an aperitif corner complete with tables and chairs for outdoor lunch and dinner.
